One-Year Warranty for hupe™  Ride-On Luggage

Warranty Coverage:

hupe™ warrants that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date ("Warranty Period"). This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.

What is Covered:

During the Warranty Period, hupe™ will repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any defective product or part, free of charge. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper handling, or any other circumstances beyond normal wear and tear.

How to Obtain Warranty Service:

To obtain warranty service, please contact our customer service department at hello@hupespace.com. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We may also request that you return the defective product, postage prepaid, to the address provided by our customer service representative.

Limitations and Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:

1. Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and fading, that occurs through normal use.

2. Third-Party Products: Any product not manufactured by us.

3. Unauthorized Repairs: Damage or defects resulting from unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly of the product.

4. Consequential or Incidental Damages: hupe™ is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of use, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Legal Rights:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties:

Except as expressly provided herein, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
